Are you offering CMEs?
What if I need to cancel or change my registration?
What if I can only attend one day or part of a day?
When you register the form allows you to select which day(s) you plan to attend. There will be someone staffing the registration table all day if you need to arrive late. We have a lot of great speakers lined up and would encourage everyone to register for the full Summit.
Do I have to attend a workshop if I’m going to the Summit? Do I have to attend the Summit if I’m going to a workshop?
No. You can choose to attend both, just the Summit, or just the workshop. We have one registration form which allows you to select which events you plan to attend. Of course, we would love for everyone to attend a preconference workshop and the full Summit, but understand with your schedule it may not be possible.
Can I attend more than one preconference workshop?
The preconference workshops run concurrently so you are not able to register for more than one.
Are meals included?
Yes. We will be serving breakfast, snacks, and lunch April 4-6; dinner on April 4th; appetizers during the evening entertainment of April 5th.
Will there be a poster session?

Will there be time for networking?
Yes. We encourage you to utilize the opening reception/poster session, lunches, and break times to network.
What if I need special accommodations?
Please indicate on your registration form any special accommodations or dietary needs. We have lactation rooms onsite and will be able to provide alternative meal options for those with special dietary needs.
